Things to know before Check-In:
- There should not be ANY sort of disturbance to any other In-House guests. If so, we will cancel your booking and send you out of our Resort without asking any more questions without any refund.
- There should not be any disturbing sound after 11:00 pm
- Guest should NOT bring any unknown Female or Male with them. If it happens, then both will be sent out of our property immediately without any refund.
- Our regular check-In and Check-Out Time – 2 PM to the next day at 12 PM (Total 22 Hours/Night). On availability/on request, this may be changed. Extra hours will be charged on hourly based.
- Full refund if booking got canceled before 72 hours from the check-In time. There will not be any refund if less than 72 hours from booking date.
- On request each Room, we give 2 extra mattresses (Only Mattress NOT with Cot).
- Using an electric stove (Heavy Watts will damage our solar power backup Devices) or any sort of stoves inside the room is strictly prohibited
- Classy Cottage – Ground Floor, Executive Cottage – 1st Floor and Studio Rooms – 2nd Floor.
- Executive and Classy Cottage, Max 4 Guests can Stay in each room. Studio Room, Max 3 can Stay. Dorm Room, max 8 Guests can Stay.
- Executive, Classy Cottage only have power backup for AC and everything. All other rooms have power backup only for TV, Lights and Fans.

Breakfast – 9:00 am to 10:30 am
Lunch – 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

- Room Service is only between 6 am to 10 pm and 24/7 support only on any emergency.
- Usage of any food items or Drinks on the swimming Pool Deck and inside the swimming pool strictly not allowed
- Using the Swimming Pool after 4 hours of Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.
- If there is any damage to any of our Resort property, the full price of that material will be added to your bill
- Without Management approval celebrating any sort of Parties is strictly prohibited. Ex. Birthday Party, Bachelor Parties, etc.
- All rooms are Non-Smoking Rooms
- 2 wheelers available on rent, advance booking is mandatory
- Campfire, Advance booking is mandatory. If multiple guests are requested then time slots will get allocated for each. Campfire is a strictly private basis there should not be any joint campfires between 2 different unknown in-house guests.
- The classy cottage has one king-size room, one king-size bed with an attached bathroom, outside sit-out. For extra adults, 2 extra mattresses will be provided.
- Executive Cottage with Queen Size Cot, Classy Cottage with King Size Cot, Studio Room with King Size Bed. Dorm Room with Bunk Bed (Up and Down, Double Bed).
